Israeli troops kill 3 yr old Gaza girl

Israeli troops have shot and killed a 3-year-old Palestinian girl in the Gaza Strip, witnesses and medics say, breaching a rare lull in violence brokered by Palestinian President Mahmoud Abbas.
.. Israeli troops shot and lightly wounded three Palestinians in a car that apparently went through a red light at a major highway junction checkpoint in south Gaza.
