Deportation to U.S. for Kach man in crackdown on extremists
In rare steps a week before the onset of evacuations, authorities have ordered an Israeli-American Kach activist deported to the United States for 40 days, and will force two protest leaders at a northern West Bank settlement to return to their former enclave of Kiryat Arba near Hebron.

The measures were among a number of steps taken by the defense establishment Tuesday in preparation for the evacuation of four West Bank settlements under the disengagement plan, including collecting weapons and closing two of the settlements to Israelis.

Attorney General Menachem Mazuz decided to deport Sa'adia Hershkopf - a dual American and Israeli citizen and one of the three Kach activists put into administrative detention by Defense Minister Shaul Mofaz earlier this week - to the United States for 40 days.

1. Why is it that the U.S. exports the most...
Why is it that the U.S. exports the most right wing fanatic lunatic Jews to Israel? Look at who the extremist Kahanists are. American Olim in large numbers. Kach certainly has much more support among right wing American Jews than it does in Israel.

What does that say about American society?

3. It's an Hebrew term
designating Jewish immigrants to Israel. Olim is the plural form (in the masculine form, which is also used for mixed-gender groups); olot is the feminine plural; singular forms are ole (masculine) and ola (feminine).
