It wasn't about 9-11 I can't remember what it was about, but the important things is, DUers were voting "yes" on the issue, it was one of those threads where they say "DU this poll" and the poll was "fixed" on 60% in favor of the "proBush" point of view, no matter how many people registered their vote it didn't show up (they showed the number voting) so those polls are fixed, too.
