Bahaji: "We had a good time in the Marienstr. 54"
- and he feels completely innocent . H never planned any terror attacks, and the events came over them out of a blue sky.

To me it sounds plausible. Its is only Binalshib - who is allegedly in the hands (or agent of) the CIA - who claims to be involved and being the super brain himself. Ecerybody else does not act like we expect a proud suicide terrorist to act.

Have a look at the date: the letter and the phone call are well known since 2002 -except for the public.

"brieflich seiner Mutter. Das Schreiben ist auf den 26. April 2002 datiert und war bisher öffentlich nicht bekannt."

means: a letter for his mother. The letter is dated April 26 2002th and was not known to the public untill now."

So our federal prosecutor general presented this letter on friday just the weekend before the day of tomorrow: monday. When it is clear that also Motassadeq will get free.

In the summary we have the situation: there is NOBODY except Binalshib who claims to be involved in 9/11 out of that famous Hamburg cell. With two of them -Motassadeq and Mzoudi - it is cleared through the whole judicial system including the highest court: not guilty. no evidence.

The ONLY one who claims to be guilty is -surprise,surprise- the one who allegedly is in the hands of the CIA. Or better: a CIA-agent: Binalshib. Tomorrow more - when Motassadeq gets free. It will be an uproar in the media. :-))

4. Motassadeq is out of jail just now !
This morning Mr. Motassadeq was set free in Hamburg.
This means:
In Germany there is no - N O ! - person in jail because of an alleged involvement in 9/11. To let Motassadeq free is another blast into the face of our general federal prosecutor Mr. Kay Nehm.

In effect: the Bushist story about 9/11 is not blast..- pardon me - is not resistent to the needs of a normally working system of jurisdiction.

Even in the U.S.A. we can see the obstacles of the good old law concerning Moussaoui. The Bushist do not have evidence - that is the point.

And they must begin to fear the jurisdiction themselves now.
