4. I'd like to hear what these "scriptwriters" have to say...

Remember the James Woods story when he was on a plane from NY to LA and there was what looked like a hijacking going on, then the next day or two days later was 9-11? That seemed like practice to me. The FBI was barely interested in what he had to say which confirms that they probably knew about it...
There are elements in the Flight 93 story that sound like it was some sort of practice. Sometimes I've thought that the people on the 911 planes were told that they were in some sort of exercise.
