from a cple years back and now it's no longer online. It was about Kissinger's following quotes.

"American soldiers are dumb animals to be used in the furtherance of 'our' foreign policy. Today, America would be outraged if U.N. troops entered Los Angeles to restore order. Tomorrow they will be grateful! This is especially true if they were told that there were an outside threat from beyond, whether real or 'promulgated,' that threatened our very existence. It is then that all peoples of the world will plead to deliver them from this evil. The one thing every man fears is the unknown. When presented with this 'scenario', individual rights will be willingly relinquished for the guarantee of their well-being granted to them by the World Government. NAFTA is a major stepping stone to the New World Order."
-Austrian Jewish Dr. Heinz "Henry" Kissinger Communist recruiter of NAZI warcriminals to USA in Pentagon/CIA/NASA Operation PAPERCLIP, indicted warcriminal, picked by Resident George Bush Jr to control the Presidential Commission self-investigation of the terror massacres on 9-11-2001 "

Does anyone know where else there's a record of these quotes? I'm having no luck.
Thanks!

2. He said it at Bilderberg meeting May 21, 1992 in Evian, France

Los Angeles was mentioned because of the 1991 Riots.

The "from beyond" remark is by some to believed to be a fake "extraterrestrial" invasion, ie. using advanced technology to fool the people in a staged War of the Worlds like event as a means to declare Martial Law. (the MajestyTwelve scenario)
