So you understand precisely where I am coming from, I think that Scott Ritter, Anthony Zinni and Brent Scowcroft provided some of the best analysis regarding the inevitable disaster in Iraq BEFORE the war started. I have strongly opposed the war every step of the way, and seen every one of my predictions vindicated by reality.

Regarding Iran, Zbigniew Brzezinski has been exceptionally lucid in recent months.

Hillary Clinton is absolutely worthless on the topic -- she blows whatever way the wind blows.

Ok -- I just read your Iran essay -- very nicely done. And I just checked your Christianist Chronicles -- dig it. (Andrew Sullivan, one of my favorite bloggers, came up with the term "Christianist," I believe.)

So, I find myself wondering: how does someone as bright as yourself, with as independent a mind as yourself, find yourself in the same camp with the most extreme neocons and Christianists when it comes to carrying water for the official fairy tale on 9/11? I can understand contempt for dogmatic conspiracy theorists on 9/11. But most reasonable people, including many Republicans and conservatives, simply want an honest and thorough investigation into 9/11 which answers the most important outstanding questions. For instance: how was the operation funded? Who did the funding? What about the stories of ISI involvement? And so on. There are dozens of highly significant unanswered questions which have opened the door for all kinds of legitimate conspiracy speculation.

If defenders of the official story really believed they had nothing to lose from an honest investigation, they would be encouraging it. Instead they are running scared.

You will see me arguing against any theory that tries to negate these facts: Four terrorist cells connected to al-Qaeda hijacked four planes. They crashed them into the twin towers in NY, the Pentagon in Washington, and a field in Pennsylvania. The twin towers collapsed without further aid by humans, and the debris from the north tower damaged WTC 7 enough that the subsequent fires were enough to eventually bring that building down as well.

Anything else is up for grabs. And what fruitful questions may come from these quarters are being hampered by silly challenges to the above facts. Look at this forum for a multitude of examples. RETAKE: Look at the thread this conversation is happening in, for the love of God. These jokers put the bong down long enough to make and release a movie where their own witnesses debunk their hypothesis!

Yes, it tells us that you don't have a CLUE as to how unreliable eyewitness testimony is.....especially when talking about aviation accidents. Not that your own video doesn't debunk ITSELF.

I've been a licensed pilot for over twenty years. One of my morbid hobbies is airplane accident investigation reports......... I think a lot of pilots have the same hobby...or maybe I'm crazy. Anyway, my point is, you look ridiculous trying to make all that hay out of conflicting eyewitness reports.

Here is an example of conflicting testimony regarding a highly witnessed accident. This is from the NTSB regarding AA flight 587:

The Witness Group has received 349 accounts from eyewitnesses, either through direct interviews or through written statements. An initial summary of those statements follows:

· 52% specifically reported seeing a fire while the plane was in the air, with the fuselage being the most often cited location (22%). Other areas cited as a fire location were the left engine, the right engine or an unspecified engine, and the left wing, the right wing or an unspecified wing.
· 8% specifically reported seeing an explosion.
· 20% specifically reported seeing no fire at all.
· 22% reported observing smoke; 20% reported no smoke.
· 18% reported observing the airplane in a right turn; another 18% reported observing the airplane in a left turn.
· 13% observed the airplane "wobbling," dipping" or in "side to side" motion.
· 74% observed the airplane descend.
· 57% reported seeing "something" separate from the airplane; 13% reported observing the right wing, left wing or an undefined wing separate; 9% specifically reported observing no parts separate.

I believe you and your partners have produced a fine film that all critically thinking persons should view.

The gentlemen in this production showed, in my opinion, a lot of courage to tell their stories on camera. I am sure they realize what they witnessed, and remember, does not fit with the propaganda we have been given. It takes a lot of effort, on your part, to document that the event that day did not happen exactly as we have been lead to believe.
