I ask: why does a British paper obtain better background than German papers?
Why is it a question of torture when Binalshib and KSM "talk" ? We do not even know if Binalshib and KSM are alive, in the hands of the CIA or if they are CIA-agents themselves.
Why is it possible to take some Binaslshib-"information" for true (thgose which led to the end of the enjailment of Mzoudi and Motassadeq) and others for potentially false?

My guess: it is a nice game which saves the US government to answer real hot questions in a real hot trial like it is usual in German courts. The main question is: where is the evidence for the main deed, where is the proof of Atta, Jarrah, Hanjour being perpetrators of 9/11?

After settling that question a trial can handle the question No2: did Mzoudi and Motassadeq willingly and knowingly help them?

All in all it is that simple. Ashcroft and Schily agreed to find a way out of the questions of an independent justice system.

They stand with their backs to the wall - but our conspiracy theorists do not use this chance - they still try to measure some pixels they cannot explain.

Instead of taking the obvious problems which happen before our eyes in the open.

As a scientist I know how to measure ways to "enlightenment". Heuristic approach rules out some of the ways to Rome, and bridges are to collapse by different causes.If you argue with soldiers take the following image: a division close to take the walls, when other batallions just ask to take into count : the weather, the colour of the bricks of the wall, the problems of getting food two weeks later and so on. Deviations, red herrings, rubbish.

And an obvous lack of professionalism combined with a nearly religiousky denial of facts. Just ignoring the wheel in treh Pentagon rubble. Just ignoring the engine of a Boeing in the NYC streets. Ignoring thousands of eyewitnesses to protect the belief in those seldom ones of those persons who did not see all exactly. And so on.

BTW. our federal attorney general Nehm just denies the sights of the "observer" and goes on for a full new trial against Motassadeq. My gues is: it is part of the game.

There are far too many discrepancies in the Official Story for any rational being to be able to take it at face value.
Attorneys like to use the term prima facie.
This translates "at first glance."

But September 11 is not like that.
The prima facie "facts" PROVE that the Official Story is a lie.

5. 911 commission

The 911 commission is now pointing fingers to Iran, that Iran was helping the alleged hijackers.

How convenient. What a complete fraud commission.
