BFEE Relationship with Saudi Arabia

I bumped this topic over to a different forum because I couldn't sleep last night (bush speech) and composed some thoughts about maggrwaggr's theory regarding the current BFEE relationship with Saudi Arabia. The topic is news worthy but most of the western press ignores news from Russia and Saudi Arabia. Many questions abound concerning the recent petrochemical agreement between the two, their stated aim in cooperating to fight terrorism (Chechens, Wahabbis, other?) and muslim cultural exchanges. What develops from this bilateral engagement is sure to affect the rest of the middle east if not the world.
