11. You are not telling the truth

Whenever MB recounts this story, he fails to note that the sealed envelope, which was given to the prison gaurds, and later opened in court, somehow found it's way into the hands of Vreeland's lawyers between the time Vreeland wrote it (reported as in July or Aug of 2001) and the time it was opened in court.

IOW, for a time, the sealed envelope was not secured and someone (maybe Vreeland's lawyers) could have replaced the original note with the note that contained the warning.
