2. Why does it appear to come out?

Because thats how impacts work. For every action there is an equal and opposite reaction, the force of striking the tower a) causes the tower to reverberate back on the plane. b) immediately creates debris ie, the windows, which were likely very thick. Thus the windows don't just shatter (although they would shatter out anyway) like a normal window pane they fold and crumple around the plane. The plane cuts through and pushes aside most of the windows forcing them outward. If it was an explosion placed within the building why don't the side walls push out as well?

I think the point it's trying to make is that if you look at the second tower impact, by the time the plane is fully inside the tower there is only a small amount of debris coming out of the wall. If you look at the first tower impact, there's really a lot more debris coming out before the other walls are breached, than what you can see in tower II's footage from straight below.

My first thought was that explosions are chaotic so one plane crash is under no obligation to look like another. But I just really don't know, and neither does anybody else.
