Germany: Court Upholds Acquittal of Terror Suspect Mzoudi
http://www.dw-world.de/dw/article/0,1564,1609418,00.html

Hello from Germany,
I was just surprised to not found this issue discussed here.
Be a bit carefull with "DW". It's a right-wing news agency in Germany, but I'm too tired to translate a more reliable source. I guess the readers here can read through the propaganda anyway.

The interesting thing about this, at least it seems to me this way, is that many laws and rules were broken in the courts happening in Hamburg - where I live -against 9/11 suspects, but although they did many questionable things, they simply have to acquit these people.
