Has anyone read "102 Minutes"? (by Jim Dwyer & Kevin Flynn)

It covers what was going on inside the WTC from the time the first plane hit the North Tower until it fell (hence the title)

The authors focuses on changes to the building code which hindered escape, on lack of NYPD and NYFD coordination and tech capability, and the lack of planning for a disaster which had been mentioned over the years as a possibilty (whether real or accidental), all of which doomed people, especially those above the floors where the planes hit, who the authors believe might otherwise have escaped.

The human side of the evacuation is pretty scary, given that the reader knows how it ends, but the firefighters taking a rest break in one of the office kitchens minutes before the buildings are about to fall don't....

Any opinions?

1. I read "102 Minutes", and also "City In The Sky"

both published by Times (as in New York) Publishing.

The accounts of the construction, alleged building code changes, and collapse, are virtually identical in both books.

I'm a MIHOP, so I think this is an effort by the NYT/MSM to perpetrate an "official" published record that supports the "official" story of why the buildings fell.

2. There are reports the roof exits were locked the week end before

9/11 so people in top floors could not make it to the roof and be picked up by helicopter, as they were in the first bombing in 1993.

Dr. Griffin's book and etc.

The television cameras on the roof that are normally continuously monitored were also turned off on 9/11- contrary to normal practice
They would have picked up the planes and other thins- such as the white jet and the Bell helicopter there during the 9/11 incidents.
