Second WTC Janitor Comes Forward With Eye-Witness Testimony Of 'Bomb-Like' Explosion in North Tower Basement

http://www.arcticbeacon.com/articles/article/1518131/29079.htm

Jose Sanchez, while working in a sub-level 4 workshop of the north tower on 9/11, heard a bomb-like explosion, had his hair burned and rescued a co-worker who had his leg and knee broken from the basement blast taking place at the same time the jetliner struck the top floors.
July 12, 2005

By Greg Szymanski

A second WTC maintenance worker has now come forward with eye-witness testimony that a massive explosion erupted in the lower levels of the north tower at approximately the same time the jetliner struck the tower’s top floors.

snip

“But since then I have learned otherwise. I realize now they are covering-up the real truth and that’s why I want to release Jose’s statement. What really upsets me and, you can take this message to the White House, is that people like Jose and many others like him who experienced what happened in the basement of the north tower were simply ignored and never interviewed by the 9/11 Commission.

“If they really wanted to get at the truth, these are the very people who should have been interviewed, not public officials who knew very little about what occurred inside the buildings that tragic morning.

1. Do you have any idea what precise coordination it would take
to make your scenario happen?

This crowd can't seem to get ANYTHING right. They never could have pulled that off!!!!

9. Seems that "this crowd" has 'pulled' off
EVERYTHING they have wanted.

Just TRY to vote them out.

And just why do you think that "precise coordination" is incompatible with evil dolts? Even a stopped clock is correct twice-a-day.

The "mistake" of Iraq IS a reality. The "mistake" of 2 Bush terms IS a reality. It seems that The Crowd That Can't Shoot Straight has everything their way for the foreseeable future.

2. Please. Why march this stuff out now? 9/11 was a terrorist attack.

The radical Islamits say that bin Laden didn't do nothing.

EArly 1990s WTC attack was real. In the parking garage. Why mix.

So many people lost loved ones. Why torture them all with you fun little theories. Every Engineer in existence looked at 9/11 and said: that second building is going to go down first! Flying a plane into the mechanics of he structure...was aided and abetted by all the weigh above.

Stop torturing yourself.

Bad men did bad things. You need to learn how to deal with that.

And elevator shafts felt impact - no matter what floor they ended on. Relax. Breath deep.

Your country is run by finking & stupid elite patsy men. DEAL WITH IT! The rest of the world has to!...

17. Do you have any evidence for your Arab conspiracy theory?
Who were the guilty parties? Did they have any known accomplises?
why haven't those known to be funding them been arrested if they were bad guys?

What evidence is there they were on the planes that made the news and
that they were piloting them. Consensus of pilots is that they couldn't have been and weren't so you need some evidence.

Which planes hit which buildings? evidence? And what were the crash times at Pentagon and Pennsylvania. seems to be some controversy in that regard.

Why didn't the planes get intercepted? Does the U.S. have no system for dealing with such?

How do the huge numbers of explosions at WTC and the explosions well documented by videos and lots of witnesses, and at the Pentagon fit in the picture? And the radiation and contamination at the Pentagon.
How did the Arab hijackers accomplish that?

And why the huge cover-up, if its so clear what happened and who did it,

3. Oh please ...

"A second WTC maintenance worker has now come forward with eye-witness testimony that a massive explosion erupted in the lower levels of the north tower at approximately the same time the jetliner struck the tower’s top floors."

An explosion in the lower levels at the *same time* as the impact of the plane? Professional demolitions crews could only hope for that kind of coordination.

Huh? Professional demolitions are remotely controlled are they not?
What's to prevent someone outside the building from visually observing
the plane flying in and pressing the button simultaneously?

The risk of doing something unnecessary that would be an obvious indication of controlled demolition.

Perhaps someone can come up with a plausible reason for doing something so incredibly risky with little or no benefit.

4. There was a similar report in...
... a building engineering trade magazine a few months after 9/11, from a different source--a maintenance supervisor--who heard the noise, looked out from his basement office door and said, "my god, they've done it again," referring to the 1993 truck bombing. Said the floors on an upper basement sub-level had given way and there was a very large sheet metal press (described as a 90-ton press brake, which most people misunderstood to be its weight, but the description is about its power--still, these are about ten feet long, eight feet high and three feet deep and weigh about 10 tons) which had fallen through from the floor above.

An airplane hitting the building 80 floors up just doesn't create the kind of shock wave necessary to ruin reinforced concrete structure in the basement six floors below ground level.

Cheers.

8. Unfortunately, it may have been on the drive that died...
... because I remember reading it and have been trying to find it off and on for some time, with no success, or I might have failed to pull it off the work server when the job ended. Ah, well. Maybe time for more Googling.

Came right out and defended the buildings, saying the jet fuel could not possibly have melted the steel.

5. Rodriguez is the one who picked up Mariani's RICO lawsuit.
It was presented to Eliot Spitzer.

I have read that complete lawsuit, 200+ pages. Read it for yourselves. Pretty compelling stuff.

I have no problem believing that bombs could have been placed, given that Marvin Bush worked for the security company that handled the WTC as well as major airport security. The buildings were evacuated in some days prior and could have been rigged at that time. The whole thing could have been watched and orchestrated remotely, either from WTC7 or from another location.

11. As I recall, there were also crews in overnight...
...... prior to the attack rewiring the offices for upgraded network service. Plenty of time and plenty of cover to wire the buildings for controlled explosions.

WTC7 is the clue to all this. There wasn't enough damage to it for it to come down on its own and certainly not in the same fashion as a controlled demolition, which it apparently did.

I don't like delving into this stuff on supposition alone, but the facts don't add up.

15. I watched "In Plane Site" this weekend and WTC7
was a controlled demolition according to the building owner. It was felt that, with the vast damage of WTC1 and 2, they supposedly couldn't risk letting WTC7 swing in the breeze. What was not addressed was why this building was apparently already wired with explosives for a controlled demolition. :wtf:

10. Here Is Rodriguez Story
Why do people get so weird about it? It makes me wonder...

http://www.lewisnews.com/article.asp?ID=106148
In a nutshell, on the morning of 9/11 Rodriguez, 44, was huddled together with 14 other people in a sub level 1 basement office, preparing for a day’s work like he did every day for 20 years at the WTC. Without warning, suddenly the frightened group felt a tremendous explosion emanating from somewhere below them in one of the five remaining WTC sub levels.

Not only did the group hear the explosion, all 14 felt the floor tremble and saw the walls crack just seconds before the group heard another distant explosion coming from high above. Although unaware of the cause, Rodriguez later learned the second explosion, occurring seconds after the first basement blast, turned out to be the jetliner strike.

Further evidence of a tremendous basement blast came moments later when a man by the name of Felipe David, burnt on his face, arms and hands, entered the office yelling "explosion, explosion, explosion!" David had been standing at a nearby sub level 1 freight elevator shaft when he was severely burned from fire coming up the shaft from the basement explosion.

As Rodriguez pulled David to safety outside the WTC, there is absolutely 100 per cent agreement and not one contradiction among the 14 people with Rodriguez, as to exactly what happened in those early minutes before and after the jetliner strike on the morning of 9/11.

"Now, what really upsets me is that my story never appeared in the 9/11 Commission report after I told it to them behind closed doors," said Rodriguez about his 2004 meeting with commission members. "They never followed up with verifying my testimony and basically when the report came out, there was no mention of my statements and the other evidence of a basement explosion when they decided only the airliner brought down the towers.

"This is totally unacceptable and shows they are trying to cover up something. How could anybody not believe there was a massive explosion below ground level after talking with me and the other 14 people who witnessed the very same thing. It refutes the government story point blank and that’s why they wanted me behind closed doors and why they never mentioned my name or my story in their final report.

12. up? down? the last? not the last?
Here Is Rodriguez Story:
William Rodriquez: Hi, I'm William Rodriguez. I'm not with the FDNY. Actually I’m the last survivor pulled from the rubble.

...

The fire, the ball of fire, for example, I was in the basement when the first plane hit the building. And at that moment, I thought it was an electrical generator that blew up at that moment. A person comes running into the office saying explosion, explosion, explosion. When I look at this guy; has all his skin pulled off of his body. Hanging from the top of his fingertips like it was a glove. And I said, what happened? He said the elevators. What happened was the ball of fire went down with such a force down the elevator shaft on the 58th – freight elevator, the biggest freight elevator that we have in the North Tower, it went out with such a force that it broke the cables. It went down, I think seven flights. The person survived because he was pulled from the B3 level. But this person, being in front of the doors waiting for the elevator, practically got his skin vaporized.

The last survivor?

Why isn't Genelle Guzman-McMillan dead? Nearly everyone else who had not left the Twin Towers by 10:28 a.m. on Sept. 11 perished. Unlike those stranded on higher floors, Genelle, who worked for the Port Authority on the 64th floor of the north tower, could have left earlier, but she tarried, fearful and uncertain like so many others. She was still walking down stairway B when the building collapsed. Unlike so many others, she lived.

Anyone who watched the avalanche, even from behind the safety of a TV screen, knows how extraordinary it is that someone could survive it. New York City's medical examiners are still trying to identify 19,858 pieces smashed from the bodies of the 2,819 people who were slain. Steel beams weakened to their breaking point; solid concrete was pulverized. But somehow Genelle's tumbling body found an air pocket. She was buried in the rubble for more than 26 hours; on Sept. 12, around 12:30 p.m., she became the last of just four people caught in the debris to be found alive. (An additional 14, mostly fire fighters, survived relatively unscathed in a lower part of stairway B that stayed upright.)

Maybe not.

It's difficult to tell from what direction the fire came when you are out of view in an office hundreds of feet away.

"Rodriguez heard the blast before the plane hit" - mirandapriestly

I doubt if he could see the plane from his vantage point - making a determination of before, during, or after next to impossible.

I find it odd how he neglects to mention hearing more than one blast (explosion, rumble, or whatever he is calling it that particular day) at the NIST Public Meeting in New York City on February 12, 2004. Maybe he forgot what happened temporarily.

From a CNN interview on 9/11/01:
"We heard a loud rumble, then all of a sudden we heard another rumble like someone moving a whole lot of furniture," Rodriguez said. "And then the elevator opened and a man came into our office and all of his skin was off."

http://archives.cnn.com/2001/US/09/11/new.york.terror/index.html

But rest assured, Mr. Rodriguez has told us all, "my story now is exactly the same one that I gave on that day."

Good to know.

16. There were pictures of explosions and fire in the basement and lower
floors before the towers fell and Henrik Melvang says his 8 hour video has documentation from witnesses and videos at the site that there were explosions prior to and during the "collapse".

http://www.fourwinds10.com/news/05-government/C-fraud/01-911/2003/05C1-09-03-03-evidence-of-pre-collapse-explosions-at-WTC.html

But there were lots of other witnesses to the explosions other than the janitors and building engineers, like Tarpley's big group and the following:

“At least two big explosions occurred in the two hours following the plane crashes. Debris from the explosions was filling the air as far away as Brooklyn. "The two explosions were incredible and at the point of explosions, all you could see outside were personal belongings and office supplies raining outside," said Bob Rendine, an American Stock Exchange spokesman, whose office is nearby. "We're staying here. We think it's safer to stay inside than go outside at this point."

http://911research.wtc7.net/talks/towers/mushrooming.html
http://sfgate.com/today/terror.shtml

note: this is a picture taken from the building across the street of the floor where the plane entered the WTC1 building, after 30 minutes. People were walking around in the area behind the hole where the plane hit.

As the audio tape of the fire fighters in the WTC2 building says: “the fires are small and controllable” The fires were even less there and obvious no prolonged hot fires in either.
