This, along with the anthrax scare seem like foreknowledge used to advantage. Bush got the August 6, PDB heads up, he did not act on it to his advantage, but who, with potential knowledge did? No one ever cashed in on the transaction, but someone knows who placed it...Why don't we know? Why has the anthrax investigation reached such a dead end when it is obvious to everyone it is home grown? someone knows the truth, and we are left to speculate?!
