A BYU physics professor said a group he co-founded will ask for a Watergate-style special federal prosecutor to look into unanswered questions surrounding the Sept. 11, 2001, attacks.

I can't wait for those results, but I can't help but worry that the sample will have been tampered with or something. But, that is great news that there is progress .

I don't understand the procedure for getting a special prosecutor. Can average citizens do it? Or do you need congressional support, in which case it will be difficult, (although maybe not after 2006.)

2. Why doesn't he get some dust

and tested it for explosive residues? I have always been mystified why no enterprising 911 researcher didn't do this years ago. Unless of course they did and didn't like the answer.
