9-11 WIDOW SUING BUSH SPEAKS TO KANSAS CITY !
Sunday, Feb. 22nd, a historic event will take place in
Kansas City. 9-11 widow, Ellen Mariani, whose husband Neil was
killed in the WTC attacks of 9-11-2001, will be in Kansas City
throughout the day to share her dramatic story with the
Midwest. Joined by the former Deputy Attorney General of
Pennsylvania, Phil Berg, who is representing Ellen in this historic
case vs. Bush et al. Mrs. Mariani has refused a $1million "pay-off"
offered her by the government's 9-11 compensation fund.
Mariani has refused the government money in
order to litigate for full 9-11 disclosure by Bush et al
filing a lawsuit against President Bush and
other White House officials, charging them with
foreknowledge of the attacks, failure to prevent them
or warn the public, passive abatement for personal and
political gain, intentional organized criminal
activity and obstruction of justice. Mariani's
husband was killed when the second tower was hit.
Mariani charges that the Bush administration
failed to heed repeated warnings from U.S.
intelligence and foreign sources that terrorists might
use commercial aircraft as weapons. "Our government
had knowledge of this and took no steps to prevent
it," her attorney said. Mariani said no amount of
money from the federal government would persuade her
to back off from her legal fight.
"I would eat dirt before Feinberg got me into
the fund," Mariani said. "I am a person who wants to
know what happened," said the 65-year-old grandmother,
who is living off monthly Social Security checks.
"Money is great, but not when it comes to a loved one
being murdered."
Major media have virtually failed to cover Mariani's
lawsuit, while giving us endless details of celebrity
related legal actions, which have much less bearing
on our lives than the fateful events of 9-11-2001. Therefore
a group of Kansas and Missouri citizens and faith based
groups are bringing Ellen to Kansas City to speak to the
Midwest about her momentous case, and what it means
to ALL Americans.
Mariani will spend the entire day of Sunday, February 22
in Kansas City.
