It's obvious Bush and co knew. Condolezza Rice got memos and did nothing. Not because of her stupidity, but because she DELIBERATELY sat on them. Whether this was because they were causing 9/11 or because they were letting it happen is inconsequential. They still were compliant in the murder of 3000 Americans.

5. Their greatest deception

Be it incompetence or otherwise, the administration blew their chance to prevent 9/11.
The irony of the situation is they made their entire administration because of this horror - and most Americans brought it!
To this day I hear about how no terrorist attack has occurred since, but these "reminders" never pin the "decider" with the blame for the big one on 9/11.
The other irony that bothers me is how the right wrap themselves in the flag. Now with the NSA outrage breaking, I like to share how many Americans sacrificed themselves to protect OUR freedom, which is now being taken away by the real terrorists in the WH. That, they can understand.

You've got a low quality security camera that takes a shot once every 1/2 second with a relatively slow shutter speed so that it can catch some detail.

Now, you've got an airliner flying at over 550 mph going through the camera's frame of view. To give you an idea what we're talking about here, consider this. In the 1/2 second between shots, that airliner is travelling about three times it's length. If a camera, by shear luck, manages to capture this thing, it's going to appear as a ghost because the airliner is going to travel the length of its fuselage in less than 1/5 of a second.

That's why the cameras show nothing much. Either they miss the airplane completely (most likely event). Or, they capture a blurry, ghostly image. There are no alternatives to those two outcomes.

btw why didn't any of the thousands of 'witnesses' to the pentagon jet take a pic of it, or a video?
for example, when david copperfield made the statue of liberty disappear, no cameras were allowed, but that was different (no one died in the disappearance of the statue)...also, the statue was magically restored to its foundations after the trick was finished, so the taxpayer wasn't outta pocket, unlike THIS CASE!

it hit between the frames.

With an aircraft travelling 800 ft/sec that's precisely what one would expect.

The security camera takes one frame every 1/2 second. In that 1/2 second between frames three airliners could collide and not be captured by the camera.

The chances of capturing the plane hitting is at best about 33%, probably a lot lower (depending on how fast the shutter speed is).

Anything outside the scope of their strictly political agenda is invisible to them. They are so caught up in moving foreward with that political agenda, that anything in the way of it is simply swept aside, or totally ignored. The result is all the debacles we've experienced. Like Iraq. Like Katrina. Like Plame affair. Like everything else these lunatics have touched, including (and especially) 9/11.

If the media had any balls at all, they would have tagging ChimpCo with their incompetence on 9/11. Because they *clearly* sat on their hands, even literally so, while they had clear warnings as early as the beginning of the year. But terrorism and Al Qaeda was not on their agenda, so it did not exist. This did not stop them from exploiting 9/11--even as late as today they continue to do that.

But the tin foil mad hatters are so wrapped up in their lunatic conspiracies that they are drawing attention away from the very thing which has been happening time and time again with ChimpCo: incompetence bread of politics, ideology, and unbridled hubris.
