My 2 cents on what Kerry should launch at dimson

I think Kerry ought to come out guns blazing with the new overtime rule. It's a winner for us and is something the Larry the cable guy types can wrap their pea brains around. He needs to blister Shrub for a full 2 minute segment and put little Napolean on the defensive. I think this Friday we're going to see John Kerry deliver a second big body blow to Rove. After this, there going to have to pull an October surprise out of there arseholes.

1. Kerry should definitely bring it up and explain it to people.

I had dinner with 3 young people who are just starting out and they knew nothing about the "overtime rule"; I really doubt that many people understand it totally, including me. One young man said that it wouldn't affect him cause he's a cop and they have a union. I told him that was a damn selfish attitude because it would affect his friends who aren't union. He just shrugged. Sad.

4. How long before unions are eliminated?

WHEN the private sector has virtually no union jobs will the taxpayers put up with cops getting paid overtime?

The Bush Bring 'em on quote should be used by Kerry when Bush is not expecting it. I think that might seal it up on the domestic and foreign poliy issues.

3. I've been waiting for Kerry to jump all over that issue. Hopefully,

he has been waiting just for this debate to rub dimson's nose in it.

I also hope he continues to point out that Medicare can't negotiate with drug companies for better prices.
