Here's the jist of her argument:

SH had the capability to make TONS of chemical weapons in no time at ALL! (Seawater converted to chemicals plus chemicals from oil, etc) THEN she said he also had the intent, big-time.

I realized she just made the case AGAINST the war!!! I asked her, "so if he had amazing capability and the intent was definitely there, why didn't he? Why was his program essentially crippled from 1991 on? Didn't you just make the case that the inspectors and the international pressure was working, thus the war was unnecessary?"

If one has the: Intent, means, materials, and knowledge (to paraphrase *'s words today) to produce WMDs, then one will produce WMDs.

It is a simple logic proposition. Intent + means = done. Do the math....

BUT

Facts now in evidence (the Deulffer Report) now suggest that the conclusion (Saddam was producing WMDs) IS NOT THE CASE. Therefore, some of the premises MUST be wrong.

He could not have had all of the Intent, Means, etc....

THEREFORE, He could not have been a threat.

....EVER!!!!....
