I just got a friend of mine to watch Going UpRiver by downloading it. They were worried about somethings with Kerry. After watching it they gained a greater respect and said they would be voting for Kerry. Keep spreading the word about GoingUp River.

I have a question about friends who "have concerns" about Kerry.

Do they also "have concerns" about Bush?

I told him 3 forums to check on his issue. Kerry/Edwards, Freepers, and here democratic underground. I wanted him to read all 3 to see the difference on this issue. I felt if I made the decision for him then the effort would be a waste.

3. Can't wait to see it (is it okay for a mature kid?)

My 12 year old daughter wants to see it too. Is it too disturbing for a young mind? She's very mature, but still a kid.

I figure it will give her a history lesson as well as help her understand Kerry a bit better. She's had a much harder time moving from Dean to Kerry than I have. :)

6. yes it is the computer version is easier too cause if she gets bored

she can pause it. That is the only issue with kids. If she does watch it then she will gain a greater respect for Kerry then could have ever had for Dean.

It's a helluva movie. I was a Dean supporter, but this makes me proud to have Kerry as my nominee.
