Is any mass distribution of "Going Upriver" DVD going on, or planned?

1. I agree...

I have some thoughtful friends -- yes, they're Republicans, it can happen -- who would be turned off by something like F9/11, but I'm taking them to Upriver this weekend. I think it will show them the kind of man Kerry is and secure their vote. There must be others -- especially those who vote on "character" issues -- who can be reached in a similar manner. A DVD would be a big help.

I doubt it will be on DVD in time. Just take people to see it. Or if you manage to get a pirated version of the internet, show them that.

3. I wish we could fund mailed distribution of DVDs to swing states --

I remember some local and state campaigns in which tapes were mailed to prospective voters. The cost was not prohibitive, as the campaign had the tapes made themselves. I don't think this filmmaker would object to this, even as the film is still in theatres.
