what does that reference to "President Lincoln" and "General Grant" and "sensitive warfare" mean?

5. kerry used the word "sensitive"
and cheney jumped all over it; never mind that both he and bush had used the word 'sensitive" themselves.

7. It gets better all the time
You know, when they first started the two-faced campaign I wasn't to keen on it but now I see they are able to morph it to suit the the times and keep it fresh. Good stuff!
