Prediction #2: Bush will make "killer" joke about his facial expressions. |
|
Edited on Fri Oct-08-04 10:12 AM by BurtWorm
Who wants to predict his actual words? Maybe we should have a contest to see who comes closest!

|
If he says anything like - if you had to listen to my opponent you'd make faces too, it will backfire

8. But that's exactly the joke they're setting up |
|
I know for a fact that Laura Stepford Bush and Karen Bitch-Ass Hughes already said something like "Well, he couldn't help it, he just had to make faces at all the horrible things John Kerry was saying!"
By the same logic then, it would be okay if John Kerry projectile vomitted every time Bush opened his mouth. But John manages to keep it together.

|
"Well, Mr. President, to paraphrase Harry Truman 'I speak the truth and you think it's Hell'" "So, is that 'Hell' on your face?"
Or something like that...

to mention a flaw. That is not a risk they should be taking if they had any sense at all. I think rather they will steel Bush for a few states of feeling and expression that cut out all other reactions. Simple, maybe effective though not without risk and vulnerability.
They will be building one last wall, one last battle of the Bulge without air cover, and hoping Kerry will be too honest to see it coming.

I hope you're right. He is idiotic enough to reuse a line that's already been broadcast on every news channel. He's probably idiotic enough to think the Gallup crowd will be as polite about laughing at his jokes as his freeper audiences.

|
I think he'll make a "killer joke" about his frequent "mis-speaking". He'll even try to be humble. If the 87 billion "voted for it before I voted against it" comes up again and Kerry repeats the line about "mis-speaking" Bush will say something like "I certainly don't have the right to harp on someone misspeaking" or some such quasi-humble garbage.

10. Remember his "in Texas, we call it WALKING" comment? |
|
He said something recently like "I've been accused of having a certain swagger...in Texas we call it WALKING."
So what he would probably WANT to say similar..."comments have been made about my facial expressions, kiss my wrinkled white prep-school presidential ASS."
However the words are configured to get that message across, "kiss my ass" will HAVE to be in there somewhere or he will implode.

27. Bush probably has all the people impressed by his "swaggering" |
|
that he can possibly get. I wonder if Rove thinks so. Are they going to keep aiming for the idiot vote, or are they going to try to win back the "moderates" who were turned off by his debate performance and the mess in Iraq and the economy? I think he's painted himself in a corner.

...saying---" about the debate--they say I make faces, you'd be making faces if you had to listen to what Kerry was saying blah blah something to that effect.
Of course that Wonder Bread (yes I know went bankrupt last weak) crowd vetted for fleas and ringworm all laughed... My advice idiot don't try it tonight--these undecided clowns PRIDE THEMSELVES.. I mean PRIDE THEMSELVES or being contrarian, rock hard stubborn, immmutable, and unmovable. Unless they're really bushwhacks they won't be laughing at that weak foray in to comedy central.

18. Here's the problem with it all |
|
If you are sitting at home and watching a clip from a Bush rally and he makes one of his jokes, you hear hearty crowd reaction. Tonight you will either hear stone silence or a few chuckles---NOW, have you ever watched some pathetic comedian bombing in front of an audience?? You feel embarrassed for him. It's an uncomfortable feeling. You are screaming inside, "get the fuck off stage you fool". Unless they have one of those laugh machines under Laura's chair, any such comments are going to sound like someone trying to sneak out a fart in a room that echoes and mangifies sound.

22. This debate format is the wrong place for "killer jokes". |
|
Of course, tongue in cheek comments are fine as a way of reminding your base how you really feel, but dubya is incapable of this type of thing.
What Faux should do, is broadcast the debate with a studio audience watching it. That way, all the wingers will know when to clap and laugh. It will also further expose them as the propaganda arm of the republican party.

required at the first one? So if he jokes will the audience be able to actually respond?
Maybe the networks can use a laugh track for him.

30. It'll be a clear and concise response, as usual. |
|
Much has been said about my faciacalated expresserations during the first Senatorial Presidential debate with the Senator of Presidential debating, and for the record, I would like to lay to rest any further remarkations on my au naturale displayal of emoticons. I'm a caring man, a caring man who cares about caring and fighting evil.
See, I'm a war presnit. I think if you went back and looked at my comments, you will see I don't attack. I understand that the unrest in the Middle East creates unrest throughout the region. I know Al Kyda attacked us and I'm going into those caves and smoking them suicider folks out using factually based clues and data and meaningful discussions. I'm hunting them down and waking up each morning wondering how I can best protecterate the citizens of amurka and protect the homeland of our country.
See, that's what I do. It's a hard job. A hard job that requires making higher pies and wings taking flight. You've got to love your neighbor like you like to be loved yourself. There's an old saying back in Idaho or Missississippippi or one of them other coalition states, but, first, let me make it very clear, poor people aren't necessarily killers.
See, I know a leadership is someone who brings people together. I'm a uniter, not a divider and they're all the same to me, they're equal and soveriegnated since we liberated them from the rape rooms and weapons of mass destruction program related activities and thoughts of those weapons that could be used against our own people. They never stop thinking about new ways to harm our country and our people, and neither do we. Hope is in the far distant future, if at all. It'll take time to restore chaos and order. I make the decisions.
See, free nations don't attack each other. Free nations don't develop weapons of mass destruction. We're a free people, people who believe it's our god-given right to keep more of our own money through tax relief. They hate us for those freedoms. But we're turning the corner and we're going in the right direction. We're definitely moving forward.
I promise you I will listen to what has been said here, even though I wasn't here. God bless Amurka.
Next question.
