Blackwell to break tie on precinct voting policy
The Hamilton County Board of Elections split 2-2 this morning on whether to allow registered voters to vote at any precinct in the county if they've moved but not registered their new address with the board.

"The practice has always been ... to make it as convenient as possible for voters, and I think we should continue the practice," said Daniel Radford, the Democratic board member who made the motion.

The vote split along party lines, with Radford and Democratic Party chairman Tim Burke in favor. Republican board members Michael Barrett and Todd Ward opposed it.

Do we staff the polls with democrats and laptops to help the voter find their poll? Or, democrats at the polls with cell phones who can call into a home based computer operator wherin they can look up where their poll is located.
