Everything that Bush can say against Kerry's record has been dealt with
before by Kerry except for things happening after his last campaign for the Senate. He should be prepared as hell for those things. I don't think Bush will lay a glove on him with the attack strategy. Bush will have to use lies and distortion and when Kerry talks about Iraq he can use what is has been shown by the media already.

1. An attack strategy plays into Kerry's hand
An attack strategy gives Kerry a chance to counter the lies that the Bush campaign is pushing about Kerry. I don't think Bush plans on attack (although he might be goaded into it by Kerry). I think Bush intends to be cute - down home, folksy, and flirting with the audience. He can't win with content.
