Poll question: Who will win the debate tonight, and how will the media call it?
Just a little healthy predicting... If any of you are as nervous as me, we're a lot of nervous wrecks here today. :)

1. The media has an interest in keeping this a horse race.
Kerry will win, they'll call it for Bush.

Hope Kerry removes all doubt and they have no choice but to relent.

3. What has the general consensus on the VP debate become?
Did the media decide that it wasn't a draw once they realized how often Cheney lied?

Very nervous around here, too.

7. It seems the media impression now is that it was a draw.
The media impression on Tuesday night seemed to be that Cheney had found a personal whippin' boy in John Edwards.

6. Trying to lower expectations aside...
There is no way for Kerry to lose, no matter how unprepared he is and no matter how many ear receivers Bush has. The intelligence and public speaking gap is just far too massive for Bush to bridge. However, that won't stop the media from proclaiming it a tie or even a Bush victory because he did so much better than his laughable previous performance.

We need to blitz polls and LTTEs a lot just like last time, because while many people don't think this helps, it absolutely does. It proves that our side is fired up and charged more than the other side, if nothing else, and lets the media know their audience is not only neocons and their ilk.
