and she's babbling about how there were Al-Queda in the northern (Kurdish) areas of iraq prior to the invasion and how that justifies the invasion.

It's laughable stuff - anyone with the slightest hint of knowledge about Iraq knows that those areas were in the no fly zone and were not controlled by Hussein. Also - if they were such a threat, why didn't we bomb them? This argument for the invasion is years old and has been trashed many times. Pathetic grasping at excuses for the invasion, now that WMD has been completely discredited.
