4. I found an uncomfortable amount of "look at me I'm gay" humor in it.

Don't care for it. Why is that supposed to be funny? I'm a straight, married man and I don't find calling someone gay to be very funny at all. I have a problem with it being an insult, being that there are perfectly sound, happy people who live that way and it makes them no less than anyone else for it.
