minsinterpreting the problems he had in the last debate.
Because the last time his voice was poorly modulated, rather low and wavering, stumbling. his respnse to that analysis is simply to try to yell and make it sound like he emotionally beleives it.
His is placing the wrong emphasis on the wrong parts of his sentence.
