They use diesel engines for drilling,also some farm equipment.

taxes and as a consequence, can buy non taxed fuel which is actually dyed red so it can be identified for use off-road only.

Most of these vehicles are construction equipment (bulldozers, graders, etc) and farm tractors and other farm equipment.
It ALSO includes refrigerator units on over the road tractor trailers that haul produce, of which there are hundreds of thousands in this country.

Emissions wise, however it amounts to only a few drops in the bucket

10. Diesel vehicles that if you drive them off road, they don't
count as polluters, geeze, don't ya know. That way, you get all them vehicles off the roads and soon you won't have to repair roads cause nobody is using them.
