Why isn't ANYONE on the tube questioning Bush's metal stability???

I don't get it. He yelled and stuttered and puffed and forgot Kerry's name, forgot (never knew) where he was going with "the Consitution says....er, well it doesn't say that". He fussed with the moderator.

If it was a Democrat, Noonan would already be suggesting institutionalization, and you know it!
