87 Billion - President sent them to war unprepared
President blast Kerry on the 87-Billion.

I'm always disappointed because it's rarely pointed out that the
President sent troops to war underfunded and unprepared to begin with.

Kerry tried to point that out... but the post debate analysis always fails to pick up on it.

Tonight the President tried to pass the buck to his generals. They looked him in the eye and told him the plan was good.

HELLO!!!

Why isn't anybody being held accountable?

Powell, Rumsfeld, Rice.... somebody!!!!!
