CNN FactCheck...bush is a big fat ugly LIAR
Claim: Bush says that 75 percent of known al Qaeda members have been brought to justice.

CNN Fact Check: President Bush incorrectly suggests that under his watch 75 percent of al Qaeda's membership has been brought to justice. CIA officials have estimated that 75 percent of the two-dozen or so known al Qaeda leaders, as of September 11, 2001, have been killed or captured.

The non-partisan International Institute for Strategic Studies estimates that al Qaeda has 18,000 potential operatives, but there is no official data on the size of al Qaeda's total membership, in part because it is difficult to track the number of new recruits since the Iraq War.

WOW!!! So under bush, we've killed or caught 75% of 24...out of 18,000! GREAT JOB only if you're a failure like bush!

CNN also debunks bush's constant lie about Kerry being the most liberal Senator;

In short, Kerry's rating was based on only 20 of 62 votes. Had he missed four more economic votes, Kerry would not have been included in the National Journal ratings at all. Also, Kerry's lifetime liberal rating is 85.7 out of 100, making him the Senate's 11th most liberal senator, not the first.

2. That would be terrific except for two things.....
Those El Queda leaders who were captured or killed have in all likelihood been replaced with equally vicious terrorists. And the organizational chart has also changed with Al Queda no longer under the control of one man OBL but now, it is a series of smaller groups with their own leaders, their own planners, their own weapons.

Example......the explosions in Egypt were carried out by two groups in Egypt, both tied to Al Queda but the members are Egyptians, not Saudis, Afghans etc.

And we can probably expect more of the same.

3. Oh, I have no doubt their ranks are stronger now than on 9/11.
I just like it that he is touting the capture of these 18 guys as 75% of al Queda, when the truth is that's closer to 0.1%.
