Chimpy will NOT appoint a SC Justice who supports slavery!
That's right folks. Bush took a firm stance against reinstating the Dred Scott decision tonight. Talk about progressive ideas!:wtf:

1. I think that he's going to have to revise...
... that a bit, since his Labor Dept. is doing a damned good job of institutionalizing corporate slavery.... :eyes:

2. Reaffirmation of the University of Texas law school's rejection
of George Bush's application. They recognized stupidity. Shame that some of the American people aren't as astute.

5. He floundered on that question badly

Bush was so lost on that question. We need to get the full text and tear it apart.

6. It's really great that he doesn't want to go back 150 years.
125 maybe, but not 150. I guess he wouldn't have nominated Uncle Thomas.

7. That was one of the most idiotic things I've heard in a presidential
debate. Bush comes down hard against a 150 year old SC decision that is famous as the worst before--Bush v. Gore, actually.

11. Man, and to think that the UT Law School wouldn't take him...
I suspect that dry cleaners across the country will be doing big business this weekend, as American Law Professors take their trousers out for cleaning. I'm sure they pissed themselves laughing at this surreal attempt at explaining legal philosophy.

My God, this guy is dumber that a sack of doorknobs, isn't he?

13. I nearly fell of the couch.
Dred Scott??? Can you imagine if Al Gore had said that? Of course 98% of the public has no idea what the Dred Scott case was about. But by God, it was probably some of them liberals who want to change the Pledge of Allegiance!

14. Was he trying to speak directly to the locals or something?
Does he really think that we're as stupid as he is??

The real question is, why do I even attempt to understand where the hell this man is coming from. There is no rhyme and there is no reason. There is only b.s.
