that he should have shut up and voted for it? I haven't heard anyone talk about this yet on the news channels, but its piss poor for a president to speak like that.

6. But honestly, it was almost as bad.

It was "shown up and voted for it." He was commenting that Kerry was off campaigning when the vote was held. But it sounded very small and petty, considering HE didn't have to vote on ANYTHING.

10. It would have been really good if...

Kerry had come back and told Bush if he spent more time reading his PDB's instead of using over 40 PERCENT OF HIS TIME ON VACATION we might not have been attacked to start with!

it's so unfair to criticize Kerry and Edwards for not being there to vote, when Bush had free reign to abandon the presidency altogether for the last several months.
