Did Kerry pass up a chance to give the last summation?

That's what the people at my debate watching party were saying, that the moderator apparently erred and identified Kerry as first up. I missed the sumations while answering the door for our pizzas.

They told me Bush tried to tell Gibson he was wrong but Kerry was already on his feet and elected to go first. I would always rather have the last word.
