My goodness, I hope these people get a clue someday and decide what THEY believe in.

Debate Did Little to Solidify Votes of Participants

ST. LOUIS, Oct. 8 -- They were sitting on the fence before the debate, and after 90 minutes of lively conversation, they were moved. But only a little.

"I'm still undecided," said Pamela Walter, a public relations executive from nearby Clayton, Mo. "There weren't many direct answers to the things I cared about: the war, stem cell research."

"I thought it was a wonderful opportunity," said Elizabeth "Libby" Long, a nurse who asked Kerry a question. "But I still don't know who I'm going to vote for."

1. I think they are really just lying attention seekers
who want to affect the air of someone who is "thoughtful and deliberative."

2. F*cking narcissists.
Really. These people are attention starved, so every 4 years they become the 'undecided voter' so they can get pandered to. My fundie mom is another 'undecided voter', but there is a 100% chance she will be voting for Bush.

3. Better undecided than pro-Bush. How can anyone justify voting for
him unless you're rich or own a defense contractor company.

4. They're just drama queens.
The one woman who said she didn't feel she got a straight answer on stem cell research? Give me a fucking break. If you couldn't see clear differences on that issue, it's because you are clinging to your undecided "status" like a spinster clings to her virginity.

5. To paraphrase the Daily show,
What the "fuck more do you want?" If the candidates were remotely similar, I could understand it. In 2000, Bush and Gore appeared simililar to the voters, mostly because of Bush pretending to be a moderate and continuosly agreeing with Gore. What's the excuse this time? They have night and day. You can't possibly either like or dislike both candidates equally.
