3. It was to make it appear as though he HAD to give Bush more time
Gibson had a duty to enforce the rules of the debate and didn't. He let Bush follow up more than once out of turn and the final word was to go to Kerry and Bush got it.

Kerry was TOO gentlemanly on that fact.

6. but the more time bush had
the worse he became...kerry is clearly the most presidential of the two. unless one is a complete fool one would see who the adult is...

4. No but he does make money,
which proves beyond a reasonable doubt
that he intends to purchase a plan to
develop WMD's at some point in the future
that is unforeseeable at this time.

Get Him!

7. hahahhaha
so while Gibson was under sanctions he secretly sold the questions in order make money for a weapons program. bush wanted to head off this evil plot so he did a "pre-emptive" strike againt gibson hoping that there would be flowers at his feet.

5. Gibson Was Bambi In The Headlights
Since he didn't have to do more than pick the questions (which I don't think he saw until right before airtime), he didn't have to do much show prep. Unlike the others who had to draw up questions, Gibson was there just to keep things moving, and he did a shit job.

As the moderator he let the debate get away several times...most notably when Bunnypants tried to play macho. I'm hoping this tactic is gonna turn into a parody by Monday and add to the image of the spoiled fratboy of the first debate.

When Gibson backed down early, Bunnypants knew he had the green light to do a typical GOOP tactic...over talk and talk and talk and talk. I'll bet if you put a clock to the amount of time speaking, Bunnypants gets the edge for "working the ref".
