Did they poll the audience ? |
I know that they were supposed to be 'soft' supporters , but exactly what percentage were 'soft' Bush or 'soft' Kerry . I'd be surprised if no poll of the audience was conducted before and after , so does anyone know if this was done and what the results were ?

1. I'm having a hard time believing that the audience was still undecided |
when they made out their two questions. The questions chosen were challenges more than fact finding and that causes me to take pause. Where are all Georgie porgies PLANS, (economy, energy, etc.) and why doesn't anyone seem to be pressing him for details. Details a little more reliable than the Medicare Bill numbers he totally fucked up.

2. Gibson selected the questions from those submitted |
I noticed too that he chose soft Bush questions but hard ones for Kerry . The abortion one comes to mind as being particularly inflammatory .

3. The thing is, Kerry looked good answering the tough questions |
I think a great idea for future town halls is to just cut to the chase and grab half hardcore wingnuts, half hardcore anti-Bush lefties. Spice up the questions a bit, and let's see how they can handle the REAL public.
