just because bush didn't make faces doesn't mean he did better
in the debate. I thought Kerry did even better this time. His answers were so much more intelligent. It was so evident. He made the most sense. He was great last night. All of the online polls are showing this. Why is gallop so different than the online polls? Maybe this is a reflection of what the election will be like. The polls show tie but like the online polls Kerry will win in a landslide.

1. He made faces alright! Just not as much as he did during the first
debate - IMO.

2. Kerry was warm, intelligent, articulate, and unflappable.
Bush may have improved over his previous performance but he still doesn't hold a candle to Kerry and all but Bush's Kool-Aid-drinking supporters can see that.

3. He made faces that indicated a battle to control his responses
...like he knew he couldn't do what he did last debate, but didn't know what TO do this one..

5. That's true. He did worse without the faces.
The whole small business thing and the "That's news to me!" comment sunk him.

Everything's news to you, George.

6. Actually, it DOES mean he did better...
which is indescribably pathetic.
