The fury underlying George Bush's demeanor was incredibly apparent in both debates. On top of which, the man is living in a parallel universe in which everything from Iraq, to the economy, to jobs, to you name it, are peachy keen.

How the hell can any of us sleep soundly at night knowing that this detached, questionably rational person can launch a nuclear attack at will? And even if everyone finally "got it," and we got him removed from office, that would leave us with Cheney who would probably not hesitate to launch a nuclear attack on... whoever, for financial profit.

Jeeeez, are we fucked. Even if Kerry wins in Nov., I won't feel secure until Jan. 20th, 2005 when these crazies are far, far away from the levers of power.
