Damn he is stupid. And he is in charge of the most powerful country in the world. Pretty damn scary.

1. I replayed that clip for my kids today (6 & 9)....
without me even saying anything, they picked up on "the internets" and corrected *.

The 9-year-old also thought that the meltdown over the draft was amusing/scary.

I love my kids!

2. Well, he does
play video games for two hours a day, from what I've read, but I guess the internets is just too complicated for little chimpy. All them big words 'n stuff.

9. Here's a good site to check out.
http://xxx.lanl.gov/

(It's not a porn site, by the way. It's a prepint archive of physics papers hosted by Los Alamos National Laboratory (LANL).)

4. That slip seems like something someone who rarely/never uses...
the internet would make. That was my first impression.

Given that Bush is said to have NO patience with struggling to learn
anything, I doubt if he is even computer savy. And getting info is a job
for the help.

8. You know -- AOL, Mindspring, Comcast
Maybe he's confusing "service providers" with "internets".

Hey -- he doesn't read to begin with, so why the hell does he care about internets?

11. considering his cybersecurity czar resigned in disgust...
The "Internets" is way more than just the typical Dubya error.

He is so oblivious to outsourcing being a threat to national security
and truly obviously to cybersecurity.

People just don't get that Al Queda has a lot of engineers, highly educated people, yet we outsource government engineering to foreign countries.

This is a disaster waiting to happen and "Internets" sums it up!

16. he hasn't a clue
Just as his dad didn't have a clue how groceries get rung up in the grocery store.

All he knows is that somehow, somewhere, the "internets" is spreading rumors about him. How it works, how it is different from TV...he has no idea. I doubt he has ever logged on in his life.
