Some Suggestions for Debate III - "Beating Wimpy in Tempe"
Am really pleased with the Kerry's performance in his first two outings with the shrubbery. Whether facing Curious George or Furious George, Kerry has proven he can attack and defend better than many expected. For the final showdown in Arizona however, a few friendly suggestions:

*Change the closing speech. This one is important and I feel the first two sounded too similar - hence felt canned. This one needs to be from the heart and potentially be the last words many may hear directly from Kerry, instead of the assault that will follow defining him.

*Get the emotional pitch down on Stem Cell research and do not forget Alzheimer's - that has or will touched many voters.

*Job numbers: remind Bush that any numbers he touts does not even make up for new workers entering the market each month - I believe that takes 150K a month or so JUST TO MEET THE NEW DEMAND OF WORKERS ENTERING THE WORKFORCE.

*Assault with a response right after getting response time after a Bush answer THEN clean up any hanging issues from a previous question. Doing the opposite looses the impact of negating the Shrub's answer and forces the viewer to rewind back to the original question or topic. The "I'll get to that in a moment", lessens the slam of a good clean answer.
