Bush to Kerry: Stop bumming out the Iraqi Finance Minister
First, I wonder if there were any witnesses to this scene in the Oval Office.

Second, maybe what the minister needs is some meds for his mood swings.

PRESIDENT BUSH: Two days ago in the Oval Office, I met with the Finance Minister from Iraq. He came to see me. And he talked about how optimistic he was and the country was about heading toward elections. Think about it. They're going from tyranny to elections. He talked about the reconstruction efforts that are beginning to take hold. He talked about the fact that Iraqis love to be free. He said he was optimistic when he came here. Then he turned on the TV and listened to the political rhetoric and all of the sudden he was pessimistic.

2. Yeah sure
I am sure the Iraqi Finance Minister can go to the Oval Office and just turn the TV on.

"Hey, George... I am turning the TV on as there is nothing more important we can do... I hope you don't mind. Oh, what a coincidence - they are showing Kerry on the stump."

This is utter bullshit.

3. Bush might as well say
the Iraqi finance minister thinks Kerry's a flip-flopper.

4. Pretty juvenile statement by Bush to Kerry, like Dubya's emotional....
...development stopped at age 16 or 17 when he first began using alcohol and drugs. He really needs a solid 12 step recovery program, this turning his life over to Jesus, his Lord and Saviour is not cutting it!
