The slur on JKs record and our spokespersons:
For the life of me, I don't understand why the Dem spokespeople do not take the opportunity to educate the public on Kerry's voting record in the Senate, or at the very least, how the Senate works. It is a consensus building organization, for god's sake. Any one else having a problem with no one responding to this? Idiot Boy only held one public office before he came in--and not a powerful one at that. We need to be giving civic lessons as well.

1. Oh man I am with you on this .... just had major debate with my RW brother
He has been drinking the RW koolaid on Kerry's record - there is nothing we are doing out there the refute it. I have been racking my brain on how to get through to him - this is a smart intelligent, thinking man that is voting puke for the first time - because he's convinced that Kerry is a war traitor, weak on defence, a liar and can't be trusted. Blows my mind. The Rove machine and the Media have created and allowed this grand distortion to take root. We need a new approach. Color me "frustrated"

2. Amen, this continues to frustate the hell out of me.
I know that two-thirds of the electorate haven't the foggiest idea how the senate operates. Perhaps they think it is too complicated to get across. However, someone should try. I think a political cartoon would do it. For some reason (duh) this gets the point across more easily.
