I am so glad I watched this film. Most of my understanding of John Kerry's service had come from the swift boat vets, and how tragic it would have been if I had let those impressions stand. Could it be possible that there still exists in this world a man who is actually this brave, principled and intelligently dedicated to service? While Kerry's command of the swift boats was awesome and defied the odds of such missions in terms of success, his leadership afterward is what is most impressive. I was struck most by his ability to take a large group of very angry men and temper and mold their emotions into an empassioned group who actually found a voice in front of the Senate. His speech was beautiful and filled with such a sense of duty and hope.

Who will champion this cause today, for our new "Vietnam" in Iraq? I hope enough people hear this story that a young man like Kerry will be emboldened to emerge and give voice to this new cause.

Thank you so much for offering this for download online. I live in a very rural and red area and there is little liklihood this would have been at a theater within driving distance for me. I will definitely spread the word.
