From what gather, it's about distorting John Kerry's testimony and blaming him for war crimes committed by the Vietcong - and it's all rolled up into one lame propaganda film. Evidentally the old men in the film are Nixon Republicans who blame Kerry for their woes instead of their government for putting them in that quagmire in the first place.
