CNN Blackout - creepy or just coincidence?

I finally believe it. My wife has been chiding me for my criticisms of CNN lately, and I have reserved judgment.

But that was just too creepy.

The word for today is "CONTROL" - who has it? who wants to keep it?

Billie Joe, Tre, and Mike from Green Day, quite possibly one of the most influential bands of our time. I wouldn't call it full on drag, just a little punk rock eyeshadow.

Check out their new album "American Idiot." In my opinion, it's the best album of the year....but I am a little biased.

There's a lot of anti-war and anti-Bush stuff in there. It's worth a look even for a casual observer.

Right after the Sinclair guy finished his statement. The broadcast came back right after the segment as the commercials began.

This fusion of military deception programs with media propaganda efforts enabled the Office of Strategic Influence to commission officers from the U.S. Army's Psychological Operations Command to work as interns in the news division of CNN.29

It was about 2 or 3 months ago, I forget the exact circumstances because I only read it here at DU. Audio went as something bad/incriminating was being said about Bush by someone important.

23. CNN What? Brock? I missed it; Please tell me details so I can call

I have been getting spooked by CNN lately also. The online debates being cut off and restarted, the Chirac interview with Bush, when what I heard live was not what was reported later, and another 'blackout' or convenient? transmission loss when Kerry was speaking weeks/months ago. Both times polls were stopped when Kerry or Edwards were ahead. Internationally, the 'mystery' bulge is called for what it is... a rectangular, box shaped bulge. CNN briefly discussed it yesterday and attributed it to "left wing conspiracy groups" on the internet(s!!!) And the photo that accompanied CNN's statement was not the one that clearly showed Bush's back, although newspapers in UK, France, China and Venezuela showed the exposed back photos with the obvious conclusion. Bush cheated in the debate. Am I being paranoid? I really trusted CNN. Psuedo fascism. And this Sinclair mess is so worrisome. Pardon my ignorance, but who is Brock?

David Brock is an ex-Right Winger who has returned to the Light. He now uses his inside knowledge of the VRWC to keep an eye on them through his website.

Brock was on CNN at 1:30 opposite someone from the MRC to discuss the Sinclair issue. Just as Brock was making a call to action, the signal was cut off in NJ, VA (where I am), even Canada! The feed was dead for about four minutes, and then came back after the Sinclair bit was over.

Crap, I don't watch CNN very much. I've seen TWO Kerry speeches in the last month with audio difficulties. And if he's speaking at all, they cut away very quickly anyway.

I stand by my statement that FOX is actually more "fair and balanced" now with their coverage of Kerry. At least I've acutally seen whole speeches on FOX. Gotta see what the "enemy" is up to.
