Yeah, we've heard other incidents of this but I didn't think it would happen in my fairly diverse neighborhood. One day up, next day gone. $5 each.
So I put up signs for blocks around that say: "You stole my Kerry sign, but you can't steal my vote."

I'm planning something like that if we are ripped off. Hasn't happened yet, knock on wood.

This time we're fighting back!
I love it.
Two years (almost) before anybody dared whisper anything negative about the repubs......and now...everybody is finally able to take a stand!

who gets their/E sign ripped down the middle. This is the second time I've seen it. Poor Repug bastards. I'm sure we're not doing the same thing to "them".

6. Here's what I recommend for your K/E signs: |
|
Here's what I recommend to make the culprits have stinging fingers. It won't cause permanent damage, but might cause some temporary discomfort.
Using dried red cayenne pepper flakes, make a "tea" (quart of boiling water over 1/4 c. flakes) then strain through a coffee filter and spray over your sign. Let dry.
The oils released from the peppers will stick on the sign and then on the fingers and skin of the thief.
Handle your own sign with gloves that you can wash, or throw-away gloves.
